3 tablespoons mascarpone cheese

1 tablespoon parmesan

Method

Get a pan and add the pasta.

Cover the pasta with water.

Cook the pasta for 20 minutes on a low heat.

Drain the pasta when cooked.

Get the other pan and add the broccoli florets.

Cover the broccoli with water and cook for 10 minutes.

Drain the broccoli florets when cooked.

Get a chopping board and sharp knife.

Chop the onion, mushrooms and broccoli into small pieces.

Grate the parmesan cheese.

Get the other chopping board and sharp knife.

Heat the oil in a pan.

Add the onion to the pan and fry for 2 minutes.

Add the chicken and mushrooms and stir.
