Candid-ate must be willing to provide manual labor in the repair and mainten-ance of City water services and facilities. Must be able to follow basic routines asdirected by and immediate supervisor. Other duties: assist in the installationand maintenance of water meters, valves and pipe of various sizes, and waterand wastewater services. Candidate must have the ability to operate machineryand heavy equipment. Experience in maintenance and truck operations andexcavation is required. This position also requires “On-call” work on a 24/14 rota-tion. Candidate must have a valid Texas Class C or CDL driver’s license. Highschool diploma or GED is a must.
