Notice is hereby given that regular registration for all Hill County Rural Fire Districts Election(s), to be held on May 2, 2017, if election is necessary, will close at 5:00 p.m., on April 3, 2017. NOTE: If you miss this regular registration deadline, you may still register for the election by showing up at the county election office up to and including on Election Day. Between noon and the close of business on the day before Election Day, you can complete and submit a voter registration card, but you will need to return to the local election office on Election Day to pick up and vote a ballot. All active and inactive electors of Rural Fire Districts of Hill County, Montana are entitled to vote at said election. Ballots will be automatically mailed to Active Electors only. If you are a registered voter and do not receive a ballot, contact the Hill County Election office to update your information as necessary and receive a ballot.
Persons who wish to register and who are not presently registered may do so by requesting a form for registration by mail or by appearing, with identification, at the Hill County Election office, Hill County Court-house, 315 4th Street, Havre, Montana.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Petition for Permanent Legal Custody, Termination of Parental Rights, As To Birth Mother and Birth Father, with Right to Consent to Adoption (“the Petition”) regarding A.B. and M.B., the children who are the subject of the above-captioned proceedings brought pursuant to Title 41, Chap-ter 3 of the Montana Code Annotated, has been filed in Montana Twelfth Judicial Dis-trict Court, in Hill County by the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services, Child and Family Services Division (CFS), 232 1st St. W. #B, Havre, MT 59501. The Petition requests termination of parental rights and that CFS be granted permanent legal custody. A copy of the Petition is filed with the Clerk of District Court for Hill County, (406) 265-5481 and is hereby served upon you at this time.
The children who are the sub-ject of the proceedings; A.B., was born on June 22, 2011 in Havre, Montana;M.B., was born on June 15, 2009 in Havre, Montana;The children’s father is Darrin Badhawk.
NOW, THEREFORE, YOU ARE HEREBY DIRECTED to appear at the hearing regard-ing the Petition that is set on the 13th day of March, 2017 at 10:00 o’clock a.m. at the Hill County Courthouse located at 315 – 4th Street, Havre, Montana, then and there to show cause, if any you may have, why CFS should not be granted the relief requested in the Petition.
NOTICE: Your failure to appear at the hearing will constitute a denial of inter-est in the child, which denial may result, without further notice of this proceeding or any subsequent proceed-ing, in judgment by default being entered for the relief requested in the Petition.
You have the right to be repre-sented by an attorney in these proceedings. If you are unable to afford an attorney, the Court will have an attorney appointed to represent you.
