Converted Continental Motors engine model 10-520-BB to AvPower model JO-550-B-AP in accordance with AE.R.O. AviationCompany STC SE0288 IAT, which has the same rating and limitations as the Continental Motors model 10-550-B. Conversion "'"lIS

performed in accordance with AvPower Report API 004-3 Master Pans List, Revision D dated 05/12/2005 and AvPower ReportAPI 004-6 Assembly Instructions, Revision D dated 05/12/2005, or later FAA approved revisions. TIle Model IO-S50-B-AP shall beinstalled, operated and maintained in accordance with AvPower Report API004-9, instructions for Installation, Operation,Maintenance and Continued Airworthiness, Revision C dated 05/1212005, or later FAA approved revision.

Replaced crankcase, oil gage rod, crankshaft assembly, connecting rods, rod and main bearings, pistons, manifold valve, throUle&control, and fuel pump in accordance with Master Pans List API 004-3. Installed AE.R.O. supplemental data plate in accordancewith A.E.R.O. Aviation Company, Inc. drawing 470003.

Ratings and Limitations: 300 BHP @ 2700 RPM

Engine was run in a test cell, Perform initial fuel system step-up lIAIW latest revision ofTCM S[1..97-3.

Installed S539800M40 starter adapter spring in accordance with Aircraft Specialties Inc. STC SE09846SC and Aircraft SpecialtiesServices service bulletin No.: S-2OO8-01, Rev. 0, or later FAA approved revision. Starter Adapter was overhauled in accordance withContinental Motors Overhaul Manual M-16 and applicable Service information.
