The 22 Values are taught on a 2 year rolling programme.
These values have been agreed by staff, governors, parents
and pupils.

Every month, the children are rewarded with a specific token
each time they demonstrate the value for that month e.g.
Courage – silver bells. The tokens are collected in a ‘token
bucket’. At the end of the month the tokens are tipped intothe
‘token tower’, where all the values earned for the year
are displayed. If children demonstrate a value which has
already been specifically taught that academic year, then
the
children will also earn additional tokens which, are also
put
into the ‘token bucket’ and then into the ‘token tower’. The
more the children demonstrate their values the more tokens
they earn.
