After the start of the class/activity, refunds may be granted on a prorated basis when requested prior to the last day of the class/activity. (See exceptions below.) Special refund conditions, which may result in a refund of less than the amount paid, may be applied. (See your receipt.) When are refunds not given? When you miss a class or if your team or league’s season schedule has already been created. When an activity is cancelled by Metro Parks, you will receive a full refund or credit.
