The ProjectAt the transnational level initiatives related to Corporate Social
Responsibility in our industry are predominantly unilateral initiatives. It 'a fact that almost all companies have codes of conduct and ethical codes, conceived unilaterally. There are also, as we shall see, the transnational framework agreements, which were signed by the social partners, which are a very important tool, have the merit of representing a path laid for the development of relations between the counterparties.Unfortunately, for reasons that we will investigate in the course of these training days, despite having the character of bilateral, are not mandatory and did little applied.
