■ La linea di palettizzatori NHF con paletta mobile e caricamento sacchi dall’alto è studiata per garantire alte produzioni, con elevato carico di lavoro e in condizioni di impiego gravoso. Sono macchine veloci ed affi dabili con tecnologia collaudata a stati completi preformati.

NHF 2500 è una macchina estremamente veloce in grado di assorbire la produzione fi no a 2500 sacchi/ora. I sacchi vengono suddivisi su due fi le parallele e le due fi le che costituiscono lo strato vengono formate contemporaneamente, quindi trasferite sul pallet.

■ La ligne de palettiseurs NHF à palette mobile et chargement des sacs du haut a été conçue pour assurer hautes productions à charge de travail élevée et en conditions d’emploi lourdes. Son de machines rapide et fi able à technologie extrêmement testée et à couches complètes préformées. NHF 2550 est une machine extrêmement rapide en mesure de couvrir la production jusqu’à 2500 sacs/heure. Le sacs sont repartis sur deux fi les parallèles et les deux fi les qui composent la couche sont formées en même temps et ensuite transférées sur palette.

■ The NHF palletizers line with mobile pallet and bag loading from above is designed to ensure high production, with high working load and at heavy working conditions. The machine are rapid and reliable with an extremely tested technology with complete preformed layers. The NHF 2500 is an extremely rapid machine capable of covering production up to 2500 bags/hour. Bags are divided into two parallel rows and the two rows which make up the layer are formed at the same time then transferred onto pallet

■ I palettizzatori a paletta ferma NLF sono in grado di soddisfare tutte le esigenze di bassa e media produzione: NLF 500 per basse produzioni nel minimo ingombro e NLF 1000 con preformatore strato per medie produzioni. Grazie alla grande fl essibilità di questi due palettizzatori è possibile il passaggio da uno schema di palettizzazione all’altro senza interventi meccanici. I palettizzatori permettono l’impostazione del tipo di strato e delle dimensioni del sacco da pannello operatore senza il bisogno di alcun intervento meccanico.

■ Les palettiseurs à palette fi xe peuvent satisfaire toutes les exigences pour des cadences basses et moyennes : NLF 500 pour les basses cadences, aux dimension très réduites e le NLF 1000 avec groupe de préformation des couches, le palettiseur par le bas à haute vitesse pour les cadences moyennes. Grâce à la grande fl exibilité de ces deux palettiseurs il est possible de passer d’un schéma de palettisation à l’autre sans aucun réglage mécanique. Les palettiseurs permettent le choix du type de couche et des dimensions du sac à travers le panneau de contrôle, sans nécessiter aucun réglage mécanique.

■ NLF palletisers with fi xed pallet can satisfy all requirements for low and medium production : NLF 500 for low production, having the minimum size and NLF 1000 complete with layer preforming unit, the high speed low level palletiser for medium production. Thanks to the great fl exibility of these pallettisers it is possible to pass from a palletising scheme to another one without any mechanical adjustment. ■ Palettizzatore Cartesiano altamente versatile per piccole e medie produzioni. Estrema versatilità di manipolazione per sacchi di diversa tipologia, dimensione e prodotto. Le ridotte dimensioni di ingombro sono ideali per piccoli spazi di produzione. I sacchi vengono manipolati tramite una ventosa azionata da un venturimetro alimentato da aria pneumatica; è possibile scegliere l’opzione pinza sacco.

■ Les palettiseurs cartesian extremement versatile pour petit e moyennes production. Bonne funcionamente pour la manipolation du sac de differente tipologie, dimension e pruduit. Le dimension reduit soint ideal pour petit place de production. Le sac soint manipulé par une ventouse avec un sisteme de aspiration pneumatique; se meme possible de avoir un saisir.

■ Cartesian palletisers highly versatile for medium and low production. With very simple manipulation for bags of different typology, dimension and product. The reduced size are ideals for small palce of production. The bags are picked-up by venturi system with a sucker; it is also possible to have a bag grab.
