Notable Attainments  The Oberoi, Mumbai was recognised as the number one hotel in the world by Institutional Investor, USA in

December 2014. Maximum city witnessed its first Japanese pianist performance by internationally acclaimed artist Ms. Keiko

Borjeson at The Oberoi, Mumbai in October 2015. This impacted incremental room and food and beverage revenue by the Japanese Community in Mumbai

The Oberoi, Mumbai hosted an exquisite evening of Ragas in the lobby at The Oberoi, Mumbai with world renowned pianist, Master Utsav Lal.

Social Media Campaign,#TheOberoiTwitterTree won the runner up award at Travel & Leisure Smitty 2014. The campaign reached 343,189 accounts with 432,279 impressions in 90 minutes. Official twitter page received a mention every 3 minutes and gained 59 unique fan base on the day.

Social Media Campaign #TridentStaycation at Trident Nariman Point, hosted city’s three top food and travel bloggers over a weekend in November, 2015. The bloggers made live updates of their staycation experience with images, videos and snapchats to their social media followers. Hashtag #TridentStaycation reached139,322 accounts with 1,328,035 impressions in 24 hours. We added 42 new instagram followers in a day benchmarked against 36 new followers gained in October, 2015.

Scripted and directed The Oberoi, Mumbai and Trident Nariman Point video for Great Places to Work India, 2015. Our video was voted amongst the top 5 Great Places to Work videos amongst over 100 video entry submissions. The video showcased our organisation’s pride and our core values. Winner’s were selected based on a total score of 2 components: Popular Vote Component i.e. Number of Facebook likes collected on the video (50%) and Judge's Vote Component i.e. How well the video reflects the Great Place To Work® Model (50%)

Social Media Champion in January, 2013 for all IHG hotels in India. The core purpose was to have uniformity and brand compliance for a stronger brand building and brand recollection.

Over 200 print and electronic coverages filed for Crowne Plaza Today Okhla in three years of operations. Crowne Plaza Today Okhla received 16 Industry Recognition Awards in four years of operations including

Best Business Hotel – India by Business Destinations, Asia’s Top 500 Restaurants – ChaoBella by Miele Guide and Trip Advisors Certificate of Excellence -2012, 2013.

Spear headed the CSR projects for Crowne Plaza Today Okhla. The hotel adopted over 100 girl children in 2011 from Nanhi Kali and donated books and stationery to over 500 kids at the Municipal Primary School in Okhla in 2012 and 2013.

Successfully re-launched the night club ‘Royal Mirage’ at Crowne Plaza Delhi in 2009.
