3.1. PRIMARY TREATMENT
Screening of Effluent Separation of Oil & Fat with Mechanical automatic scraper mechanism Collection and Equalisation of effluent at Equalisation Tank Neutralisation of effluent at Neutralisation Tank
3.2. BIOLOGICAL TREATMENT
Feeding of effluent to Circular and closed Anaerobic Digester Continuous mixing with Agitator in Anaerobic Digester Removal of major part of organic load at Digester. Instrumentation and safety devises for Anaerobic Digester Bio-Gas Flaring system. Anaerobic System followed by fixed type Bio towers. One Stage Bio-Tower system followed by settling Tank One stage aerobic system. Clarifier mechanism. Biological sludge handling by Sludge Drying Beds. Chlorination
