EXHIBITION+ RAW EXPO

Conceptualized and executed Cornell’s first interdisciplinary exposition, RAW EXPO, featuring over 50 projects from all 7 colleges. This created conversations about the design process and opened opportunity for future collaborations. News of the event reached 12,000 people including students, faculty and alumni with 500 in attendance. This led to the development of Cornell’s first design consulting organization, Medium, a platform for interdisciplinary conversation and collaboration.

EXHIBITIONVOLUME 7 LAUNCH PARTY

First launch event in New York City for Volume 7 of Association in an effort to increase impact of the publication on alumni, promote the organization, and connect contributors of its 10 year history to the contemporary production. Engaged 200 alumni, students and key national organizations.

PUBLICATION ASSOCIATION VOLUME 7

A student-run publication of student, faculty and alumni work for the College of Architecture, Art and Planning. Over 200 submissions are evaluated and curated into 90 project plates. 1,200 volumes are produced and distributed globally.

PUBLICATION ASSOCIATION VOLUME 6

Restructured financing process after cost analysis of international suppliers for printing and encasing to secure $13,000 of annual funding from university wide sponsors.

ARCHITECTUREARC(H)AVEN: SCHOOLHOUSE HAITI

The project for a school house in Port-au-Prince, Haiti proposes a rapid construction based on a single module—the concrete panel arch. Designed through market research and site analysis for local and cost-effective materials, suppliers and building methods. The arch defines structure, enclosure, and above and below ground relationships resulting in a rapidly constructable, cost-effective, locally produced school.

Design proposals for a new line of travel and transformative wear for a designer in Rome, Italy. Market research involves cultural analysis, assessment of consumer needs, and development of product strategy.
