1 GENERAL INFORMATION
Follow the specification in this document for the layout of
your pages. If you follow the instructions included here, the
basic layout of your paper should look like this document.
Please use this page as the template for your manuscript. The
paper should not less than 4 pages or exceed more than 10
pages in total length, including appendix and references.
2 GETTING STARTED
2.1 Paper Title
The “Title” should be 14 pt. bold typeface in all capital
letters and center justified. Please space 2 lines between title
and the Author(s).
2.2 Author(S)
Author name should consist of first name, middle initial and
surname. It should be 12 pt. bold and center justified.
Author(s) affiliation in 10 pt. normal typeface should contain
the following: company/institute/university, city, country
2.3 Abstract
Please begin your abstract 3 lines spaces from the last line in
the author list. Abstract in 10 pt should be no more than 7
lines
2.4 Key Words
Key words will be 3 to 5 words in Times Roman Italic 10 pt.
This should be begin 1 line space from abstract.
3 LAYOUT OF TEXT
Please use an A4 (297 X 210 mm) white standard bond
paper for preparing a paper of the 4th CECAR. Set the left
and right margins at 15mm, top margins at 15mm, bottom
margins at 40 mm and center margins at 8 mm in double
column. The paper should be prepared in Times Roman with
100% word spacing. Detailed pt is as described above.
3.1 Footnotes and remarks
Avoid using footnotes and/or remarks. If any, try to explain
it in the text, or in appendix
3.2 Heading
Capital letters in 11pt should be used for main headings
(chapter title). The sub-headings for sections, in 10pt. with

Abstract : Authors of each paper have to type their papers in a form suitable for proceedings publication. For the uniform style book throughout the volume, all the papers have to be prepared strictly according to the instruction set below. This proceedings will be published in black only and template files for MS Word are provided for the authors.
Key words : Times Roman, Italic, 10pt, 3 to 5 words, one black line below ABSTRACT
their initial letters capitalized, are preceded by sub section
number with point like 5.1.
3.3 Equation
Use equation editor for special high quality fonts for all
mathematical equations in the text. Some equations may be
placed off the text as:
For simple equations in the text always use superscript and
subscript (select Font in the menu) instead of the equation
editor. Never use the equation editor between text on same
line.
3.4 Tables
Tables should locate close to the first reference to them in
the text and number them consecutively. Explanations
should be given at the foot of the table, not within the table
itself. Type the caption above the table to the same width as
table. See sample tables as follows:
Table 1 Caption should be centered, but if it is long, it
should be indented like this.

3.5 Figure
Place the caption underneath the figure. Type as below for
the caption. Leave about two lines of space between the
figure caption and the text of the paper

3.6 Photographs
Figures, tables and photographs should be inserted at the
upper part of the page where reference is first made to them.
Do not place them altogether at the end of the manuscript.
Figures, tables and photographs should occupy the whole
width of a column
Do not use too small characters in figures and tables. The
letters should be bold 9 or 10 pt. Captions should be
centered, but long captions must be indented like an example
of Table 1.
3.7 Conclusion
Conclusions should state concisely the most important
propositions of the paper as well as the author’s view of the
practical implications of the results.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Acknowledgment should follow conclusions and its text
should be preceded by bold face heading directly.
APPENDIX
Appendix should be placed between acknowledgment and
References.
