Genesis Chapter 44:18

-ויגש אליו יהודה, ויאמר בי אדני, ידבר יח נא עבדך דבר davar ahv’d’cha na y’daber adoniy biy va-yomer y’hudah eylayv va-yigash word your-servant now let-speak my-lord in-me and-conveyed Yehudah to-him and-met (18)

-באזני אדני, ואל כי כמוך, כפרעה. חר אפך בעבדך:י k-far’oh chamo’cha kiy b-ahv’de’cha ap’cha yichar v-al adoniy b-oz’ney as-Pharaoh as-like-you for in-your-servant your-anger let-burn and-not my-lord in-ears-of

-אדני שאל, את יט -היש עבדיו לאמר: -לכם אב, או אח. ach o av la-chem ha-yeysh ley-mor ahvadayv eth sha’al adoniy brother or father to-you is-there to-convey his-servants (d/o) asked my-lord (19)

-ונאמר, אל כ -אדני, יש לנו אב זקן, וילד זקנים קטן; qatan z’quniym v-yeled zaqeyn av la-nu yesh adoniy el va-nomer little old-ages and-child old father to-us there-is my-lord to and-we-answered (20)

ואחיו מת, ויותר הוא לבדו לאמו ואביו אהבו. aheyvo v-aviyv l-imo l-vado hu va-yivatheyr meyth v-achiyv loves-him and-his-father to-his-mother by-himself he and-is-left is-dead and-his-brother

-ותאמר, אל כא עבדיך, הורדהו, אלי; ואשימה עיני, עליו. ahlayv eyhniy v-asiymah eylay horidu’hu ahvadey’cha el va-thomer upon-him my-eye and-I-can-place to-me bring-him-down your-servants to and-conveyed (21)

-ונאמר, אל כב -אדני, לא -יוכל הנער, לעזב את אביו: aviyv eth la-ahzov ha-na’ahr yuchal lo adoniy el va-nomer his-father (d/o) to-leave the-boy is-able no my-lord to and-conveyed (22)

-ועזב את אביו, ומת. va-meyth aviyv eth v-ahzav and-will-die his-father (d/o) and-leaves

-ותאמר, אל כג -עבדיך, אם טן, לא ירד אחיכם הק ha-qaton achiy’chem yeyreyd lo im ahvadey’cha el va-thomer the-little your-brother comes-down no if your-servants to and-you-conveyed (23)

אתכם לא תספון, לראות פני.-- panay lir’oth thosifun lo ith’chem my-face to-see you-will-again no with-you

וירדנו -כי-- נו לא נוכל לראות פני האיש, ואחינו הקטן אינ eyne’nu ha-qaton v-achiy’nu ha-iysh p’ney lir’oth nuchal lo kiy v-yarad’nu not-he the-little and-your-brother the-man face-of to-see are-able no for and-we-will-go

אתנו.itha’nu with-us

לי אשתי. ish’thiy liy my-wife to-me

טרף טרף; ולא ויצא האחד, מאתי, ואמר, אך כח v-lo toraf tarof ach va-omar mey-ithiy ha-echad va-yeytzey and-no was-torn be-torn surely and-conveyed from-me the-one and-went-away (28)

-ראיתיו, עד הנה. heynah ahd r-iythiyv now until I-saw-him

-ולקחתם גם כט -את זה מעם פני, וקרהו אסון והורדתם -- v-horad’them ason v-qara’hu panay mey-ihm zeh eth gam u-l-qach’them and-will-bring-down harm and-approaches-him my-face from-community this (d/o) also and-you-to-take (29)

-את שיבתי ברעה, שאלה. sh’olah b-ra’ah seyvathiy eth toward-Sheol in-bad my-gray-head (d/o)

-ועתה, כבאי אל ל עבדך אבי, והנער, איננו אתנו; ונפשו, v-naf’sho itha’nu eyne’nu v-ha-na’ahr aviy ahv’d’cha el k-vo’iy v-ahthah and-his-soul with-us not-he and-the-boy my-father your-servant to as-coming-to-me and-now (30)

קשורה בנפשו. v-naf’sho q’shurah in-his-soul being-connected

-והיה, כראותו כי לא אין הנער -ומת; והורידו עבדיך את-- eth ahvadey’cha v-horiydu va-meyth ha-na’ahr eyn kiy ki-r’otho v-hayah (d/o) your-servants and-they-will-bring and-will-die the-boy is-not for as-to-see-him and-will-be (31)

שיבת עבדך אבינו, ביגון שאלה.-- sh’olah b-yagon aviynu ahv’d’cha seyvath toward-Sheol in-sorrow our-father your-servant gray-head-of

-כי עבדך ערב את לב -אם הנער, מעם אבי לאמר: לא lo im ley-mor aviy mey-ihm ha-na’ahr eth ahrav ahv’d’cha kiy no if to-convey my-father to-community the-boy (d/o) guaranteed your-servant for (32)

-אביאנו אליך, וחטאתי לאבי כל הימים. ha-yamiym kol l-aviy v-chata’thiy eyley’cha aviy’enu the-days all to-my-father and-I-will-fail to-you I-bring-him

-ועתה, ישב לג נא עבדך תחת הנער עבד, לאדני; והנער, -- v-ha-na’ahr la-doniy ehved ha-na’ahr thachath ahv’d’cha na yeyshev v-ahthah and-the-boy to-my-lord in-place-of the-boy under your-servant now let-remain and-now (33)

-יעל עם אחיו. echayv ihm ya’ahl his-brothers with let-return

-כי לד -איך אעלה אל פן אראה אבי, והנער איננו אתי: er’eh pen ithiy eynenu v-ha-na’ahr aviy el e’ehleh eych kiy I-look lest with-me not-he and-the-boy my-father to can-I-go-back how for (34)

-ברע, אשר ימצא את אבי. aviy eth yim’tza asher va-rah my-father (d/o) would-come which in-bad

Genesis Chapter 45

-ויאמר יוסף אל ד -אחיו גשו ויאמר, אני נא אלי, ויגשו; aniy va-yomer va-yigashu eylay na g’shu echayv el yoseyf va-yomer I and-conveyed and-they-met to-me now meet his-brothers to Yosef and-conveyed (4)

-יוסף אחיכם, אשר מכרתם אתי, מצרימה. mitz’ray’mah othiy m’char’them asher achiy’chem yoseyf towards-Egypt me you-sold which your-brother Yosef

-ועתה אל ה -תעצבו, ואל -יחר בעיניכם, כי מכרתם אתי, othiy m’char’them kiy b-eyhney’chem yichar v-al they’ahtz’vu al v-ahthah me you-sold for in-your-eyes will-anger and-no you-be-distressed not and-now (5)

כי למחיה, שלחני אלהים לפניכם. הנה: lif’ney’chem elohiym sh’lachaniy l-mich’yah kiy heynah facing-you-all God sent-me to-save-life for here

-כי ו זה שנתים הרעב, בקרב הארץ; ועוד חמש שנים, אשר asher shaniym chameysh v-ohd ha-aretz b-qerev ha-ra’ahv sh’nathayim zeh kiy which years five and-more the-land in-close-to the-famine two-years this for (6)

-אין חריש וקציר. v-qatziyr chariysh eyn and-harvest plowing there-is-not

וישלחני אלהים לפניכם, לשום לכם שארית בארץ, ז ba-aretz sh’eyriyth la-chem lasum lif’ney’chem elohiym va-yish’lacheyniy in-the-earth remnant to-you-all to-preserve facing-you-all God and-sent-me (7)

ולהחיות לכם, לפליטה גדלה. g’dolah lif’leytah la-chem u-l-hachayoth great to-deliverance to-you-all and-to-save-life

-ועתה, לא ח אתם שלחתם אתי הנה, כי, האלהים; ha-elohiym kiy heynah othiy sh’lach’them athem lo v-ahthah the-God for here me you-sent you-all no and-now (8)

-וישימני לאב לפרעה, ולאדון לכל -בכל ביתו, ומשל, ארץ eretz b-chol u-mosheyl beytho l-chol u-l-adon l-far’oh l-av va-y’siymeyniy land in-all and-one-ruling his-house to-all and-to-lord to-Pharaoh to-father and-put-me

-מהרו, ועלו אל ט אבי, ואמרתם אליו כה אמר בנך יוסף, yoseyf bin’cha amar koh eylayv va-amar’them aviy el va-ahlu maharu Yosef your-son conveys thus to-him and-you-all-convey my-father to and-go-up hurry (9)

-שמני אלהים לאדון לכל -מצרים; רדה אלי, אל תעמד. tha’ahmod al eylay r’dah mitz’rayim l-chol l-adon elohiym samaniy will-stand not to-me come-down Egypt to-all to-lord God put-me

-וישבת בארץ י גשן, והיית קרוב אלי תה, ובניך ובני א -- u-v’ney u-vaney’cha athah eylay qarov v-hayiytha goshen v-eretz v-yashav’tha and-children-of and-your-children you to-me close and-you-be Goshen in-land and-you-settle (10)

-בניך; וצאנך ובקרך, וכל -אשר לך. lach asher v-chol u-v’qar’cha v-tzon’cha vaney’cha to-you which and-all and-your-herd and-your-flock your-children

-וכלכלתי אתך שם, כי יא -פן עוד חמש שנים רעב: תורש thivareysh pen ra’ahv shaniym chameysh ohd kiy sham oth’cha v-chil’kal’thiy will-be-destitute lest famine years five more for there with-you and-I-will-provide (11)

-אתה וביתך, וכל -אשר לך. lach asher v-chol u-veyth’cha athah to-you which and-all and-your-house you

-כי והנה עיניכם ראות, ועיני אחי בנימין: יב פי, המדבר ha-m’dabeyr fiy kiy vin’yamiyn achiy v-eyhney ro’oth eyhney’chem v-hineyh the-one-speaking my-mouth for Binyamin my-brother and-eyes-of ones-seeing your-eyes and-here (12)

-והגדתם לאבי, את יג -כל -כבודי במצרים, ואת, כל ר אש asher kol v-eyth b-mitz’rayim k’vodiy kol eth l-aviy v-higad’them which all and(d/o) in-Egypt my-honor all (d/o) to-my-father and-you-tell (13)

-עגלות, לטפכם ולנשיכם, ונשאתם את אביכם, ובאתם. u-vathem aviy’chem eth u-n’sathem v-lin’shey’chem l-tap’chem ahgaloth and-you-all-come your-father (d/o) and-you-get and-to-your-wives to-your-children carts

ובני שמעון, ימואל וימין ואהד י ויכין וצחר; ושאול, -- v-sha’ul v-tzochar v-yachiyn v-ohad v-yamiyn y’mu’eyl shim’ohn u-v’ney and-Sha’ul and-Tzochar and-Yachin and-Ohad and-Yamin Yemuel Shimon and-sons-of (10)

-בן הכנענית. ha-k’na’ahniyth ben the-Canaanite-woman son

-בארץ כנען, ויהיו בני פרץ חצרן וחמול. v-chamul chetz’ron feretz v’ney va-yih’yu k’na’ahn b-eretz and-chamul Chetzron Peretz sons-of and-they-were Canaan in-land

ובני, יששכר יג תולע ופוה, ויוב ושמרן.-- v-shim’ron v-yov u-fuvah tholah yissachar u-v’ney and-Shimron and-Yov and-Puvah Tolah Yissachar and-sons-of (13)
