How to get more information

There are two ways to get in touch you if need information.

1. Health, Travel and Dental benefits: You can contact Green Shield directly on any claims inquiries via www.greenshield.ca (note that privacy legislation does apply). Click ‘Get in Touch’ to send a message. You’ll get a reply within two business days of receipt during regular business hours. Or call 1-888-711-1119 for toll-free service anywhere in North America, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. (Eastern Time).

In addition, Green Shield offers you access to a wealth of information on their own site including Claims Submission Guidelines (http://www.greenshield.ca/en-ca/plan-members/how-to-submit-a-claim/claim-submission-guidelines) and a wellness site called Change4Life (http://www.greenshield.ca/en-ca/plan-members/change4life) available to all plan members.

2. Administration and Eligibility: Contact Morneau Shepell at 1-866-432-8427 or csc@morneaushepell.com for inquiries and updates regarding your account. This includes eligibility and invoicing, among other administration inquiries and updates. The Health Benefits Consulting Administration office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Eastern Time).
