Remove junk foods from the house and you eliminate temptations, while promoting healthierchoices. When your home is free of sweets, baked goods and salty snacks, your kids may beless inclined to crave such foods. You don't have to ban them for good, but try to save themfor special occasions or holidays. Have your child sign up for a team sport to improve his confidence. Support your kids andencourage them by showing up at their games. This will make strong memories for them andhelp to develop their character. Expressing anger seldom has a good result in parenting.
