PARISH MISSION STATEMENT
“Saint Ladislaus Parish is a Roman Catholic Christian
community which has preserved our heritage and culture
since 1907. As we proceed into the future, we will strive to
reach out and welcome our neighbors to become a part of
our parish community through worship and spiritual
support.”
SACRAMENT OF MARRIAGE
Arrangements should be made at least 6 months in advance.
Couples must schedule an appointment with the pastor prior
to scheduling a wedding. All couples are required to attend
a Diocesan Marriage Preparation Course.
SACRAMENT OF PENANCE
Saturday afternoon from 2:30 to 3:30 pm or by appointment
in the Church office.
PASTORAL CARE OF THE SICK
Contact the rectory if you know a parishioner who is in the
hospital, nursing home or is homebound and would like to
receive communion and/or a visit from a priest. Due to new
regulations procedures, patient information is strictly
regulated.
NEW REGISTRATIONS
You can register by calling the rectory and coming in to fill
out the Census Card. You must provide copies of your
most recent Sacrament certificates (Baptism,
Communion, etc) for each member of the family.

The next scheduled day for
Baptisms is May 20, 2018 at 1:45 pm. The pre-
baptismal class is on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at 5:30
pm in the Church Basement. Please call the office for

FIRST FRIDAY OF THE
MONTH
This Friday May 4th is the first
Friday of the month. We will have
an all-day Adoration of the
Blessed Sacrament from 8:00am
to 6:45pm. The Holy Mass will
be in Spanish at 7:00pm.
FIRST SATURDAY DEVOTION This May 5th will be the First Saturday of the month
and we will have our Holy Rosary
and Mass at 5:00am.

THE 2018 ANNUAL CATHOLIC APPEAL
As the 2018 Annual Catholic Appeal continues, we are grate-ful to the parish families that have already made their gift or pledge. For us to achieve our overall goal, it will require the active involvement and personal sacrifice of all members of our faith community. If you have not yet responded to the 2018 Annual Catholic Appeal, please set aside a moment to prayerfully consider a gift amount that reflects your bless-ings. Your gift will help tremendously and, together with your fellow parishioners, will enable the diocese to provide essen-tial pastoral, educational and human needs throughout Fair-field County. Our Parish’s goal this year is $16,000.00. To date, our Parish has raised 20 gifts worth $3,310.00 from 24 donors, bringing the parish to 20.69% of its goal.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION I would like inform all Parishioners that I have selected NEW MEMBERS OF OUR PARISH COUNCIL for the upcoming term. I ask you all to pray for each and every one of these contributors, so that they can offer their support and dedication to the good of our community at large. The new Parish Council will be comprised of leaders of our ministries and pastoral groups, including:

2018 SIGUE EN MARCHA!
A medida que continúa la Campaña Católica Anual 2018, de
todo corazón agradecemos a las familias de nuestra Parroquia que
ya hicieron su donación o promesa. Para que podamos lograr
nuestra meta, se requerirá la participación activa y el sacrificio
personal de todos los miembros de nuestra comunidad de fé. Si
aún no ha respondido a la Campaña Católica Anual 2018, reserve
un momento para considerar en oración una cantidad que refleje
sus bendiciones. Su donación ayudará enormemente y permitirá a
la Diócesis proporcionar servicios pastorales y educativos esen-
ciales.
Hasta la fecha nuestra Parroquia ha recaudado donaciones por un
