I. GENERAL RULES1. Use of village recreational facilities are exclusive for homeowner’s and families.2. Househelps may not roam around the village improperly or indecently attire.3. In the spirit of neighborliness, transferring jobs within the village should be

discourage.4. Gambling is strictly prohibited.5. Use and/or possession of prohibited drugs will result to immediate ban from the

village.

II. RULES ON THE USE OF THE MULTI-PURPOSE HALL                                                       

A.     RENTAL

Only non-delinquent members (residents/tenants) of the Third Valle Verde Homeowners’ Association may reserve the Multipurpose Hall for exclusive use. In case a non-delinquent member and non-resident member have reservation for the same day and time, preference will be given to non-delinquent member. Non-residents who wish to reserve the Multipurpose Hall should be sponsored by a non-delinquent resident who shall assume responsibility and accountability for the conduct of the non-resident users and compliance with all rules and regulations. Minors will not be allowed to negotiate with the Administration Office regarding the rental of the Multipurpose Hall. The Association through the Village Administrator reserves the right to refuse acceptance of the rental contract and/or terminate prior or further use of the Multipurpose Hall if the rules and regulations are not complied with.

 

B.     RENTAL HOURS AND RATES :

Flat rate of One Thousand eight Hundred Pesos per hour (P1,800.00) inclusive of air-conditioning use for a minimum of 3 (hours). Set-up of Multipurpose Hall is allowed two (2) hours prior to the start of the function. A CASH DEPOSIT of Five Thousand pesos (P5,000.00) is required for any violation committed during the use of the Multipurpose Hall in addition to the 50% advance payment (refer to terms of payment).Without any violation , this can be refunded two (2) days after the affair.

             CHAIRS, TABLES AND OTHER EQUIPMENT RENTAL FEE:

C.     ALTAR AREA:

Doors covering the altar area will be totally closed during the affair. However, if the Holy Mass is held prior or after the affair, a rental fee of One Thousand Pesos (P1,000.00) will be imposed . The fee includes provision for the altar linens only.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:50% cash for non-resident or check payment for resident on rental upon reservation is   required  . The reservation cannot be confirmed if this initial payment is not met, thus , giving way to other residents who intend to reserve the place on the same date. Should the affair be cancelled, rentee should advise the Admin Office one (1) month before the reserved date. One Thousand Pesos (P1,000.00)  will be deducted from the 50% rental deposit as penalty for cancelled reservation. However, the 50% down payment will be forfeited if cancellation for the reserved date will be made for less than a month.

      D.      TIME:Use of the Multipurpose Hall is available at any day except Saturdays and whenever there is a community group function which is accorded priority. During Saturdays, activity should end by 12:00 MN. And the premises vacated by 12:30 AM. From Sundays to Fridays, all personnel should be out of the Multipurpose Hall by 11:30 PM. 

      E.      DECORATION:Decorations should be free standing and not attached to the walls or windows. 

      F.   SET-UP OF CHAIRS and TABLES:

Removable tops using angle iron legs shall not be allowed, however round pipes or tubings provided with rubber tips shall be allowed. This is being enforced to avoid damage to the tiled floor of the Multipurpose Hall.

 Arrangement of chairs and tables shall commence half an hour after the conclusion of Saturday Masses.

     G.   CLEANING:

There shall be no littering in the premises. Care must be exercised not to deface and or destroy the plants, structure and facilities.

Resident/non-resident user will be responsible for cleaning the Multipurpose Hall and its immediate vicinity after its use, including  the decoration. Garbage containers for tissue papers and other waste should be cleaned and discarded by the user.

Garbage ( bottles, disposable glass, plates and forks & spoons ) and waste from food must be brought out by the caterer.

 SMOKING and COOKING are not allowed anytime inside the Multipurpose Hall. 

        H.    SECURITY:The Association reserves the right to stop and/or interrupt any heavy loud noise/sound system emanating from the functions/parties  at the Multipurpose Hall that may unduly disturb the surrounding neighborhood. Such stoppage shall be done by the party/function host upon request/instructions of the maintenance personnel and Security guards to avoid complaints that may arise from the neighborhood/homeowners.The reserving members must give a list of their guests as guide for the security guard at the gate. Only Molave gate should be used for entry and exit of the guests.Guests will not be allowed to converge or have activities outside the Multipurpose Hall.

Multipurpose Hall guests are required to observe the subdivision’s rules and regulations and are not allowed to enter areas other than the Multipurpose Hall. They are subject to the security measures of the village.

 

The Association shall not be liable whatsoever for loss of personal valuables and any injury suffered by the guests, visitors, and employees of the residents/non-residents during the party.

 

     I.     PARKING:All cars must be properly parked. Double parking or parking in front of residence

gate is prohibited.                                       

III. BADMINTON COURT RULES AND REGULATIONS

1)      The court is for the use of homeowners.  Outsiders are allowed to play/use the court provided they are sponsored by a homeowner.  The homeowner need not accompany the outsiders when they play. 2)      The court is open from 07:00 A.M  to 09:00 P.M. Court  use shall be by reservation on a first-come first –served basis. Reservations can be made at the Administration Office. 3)      A fee of P100.00 per hour (residents rate) and P200.00 (non residents) shall be charged for the use of the court.  Advance payment has to be made before playing.  Payment shall be made at the Administration Office. 4)      All players shall use rubber shoes to protect the surface of the court. 5)      Bringing food inside the court is prohibited. Snacks should be eaten/consumed outside the court.  Trash bins are provided for water and soft drinks bottles, snack packages, and discarded shuttle cocks.
