Introduction to MATCH Ville

At previous FIFA World Cups™

there was an abundance of accommodation inventory and a broad range of public transportation options available between and within the host cities.

In South Africa, a comparable level of accommodation and transport options are not available, posing new challenges and opportunities for packaged tours.

It was for this reason that MATCH, the company selected by FIFA to provide professional ticketing and accommodation services to FIFA for the 2010 FIFA World Cup™, developed the “MATCH Ville”

concept.
