“10% Flexibility rule”

Costs paid outside EU eligible only if :

• benefit EU MSs of the programme area

• do not exceed 10% of the ERDF co-financing

• are approved by MC (application form, pt. 3.10.2.) or by MA in advance

• Concerns ERDF funds only

• Do not confuse it with 20% rule ( covered in WS Partnership)

Value Added Tax (VAT)
