Student Advisers are available on each campus and can help you while you study with a range of practical and personal issues, such as financial support and welfare benefits.

Making.the.decision.to.return.to.education.can.be.daunting.but.whether.you.are.developing.your.career,.looking.for.a.career.change.or.are.returning.to.work.after.a.break,.we.will.provide.you.with.a.supportive.and.inclusive.learning.environment..The.introduction.of.the.new.24+.Advanced.Learning.Loan.means.that.course.fees.will.no.longer.be.a.barrier.to.your.learning.-.no.matter.what.your.current.financial.situation.

So,.if.you.are.aged.24.and.over.on.the.first.day.of.your.chosen.course,.you.will.be.eligible.to.apply.for.a.government.loan.to.cover.the.cost.of.tuition.fees.for.Level.3.and.4.courses.

You.must.be.living.in.the.UK.on.the.first.day.of.your.course.and.have.lived.in.the.UK,.the.Channel.Islands.or.the.Isle.of.Man.for.three.years.immediately.before.this..Loans.are.provided.by.the.Student.Loans.Company.and.will.be.paid.directly.to.the.College.to.cover.the.course.fees..You.will.not.be.required.to.pay.back.the.loan.until.you.are.working.and.earning.over.£21,000.per.year..Repayments.are.deducted.from.salary.each.month.on.a.sliding.scale.and.if.you.stop.working.your.repayments.will.stop.until.you.are.working.and.earning.over.£21,000.again..
