Detoils of the full time Annuol ond Bonk/Public holidoy entitlements for eoch grode group ore shown in Appendix'A'. |.2 ln oll coses, round to the neorest whole doy. 1 3 Exomple colculotion: A port-time Clericol Officer (with underlO yeors service) controcted to work 3 doys per week should be gronted on qnnuol porFtime leove entitlement of 20 doys. 1.4 For oll grodes, the full-time working week is regorded os 5 doys, except for those grodes with A-doy week rosters in which cose o reduced onnuol leove entitlemenf opplies ond the colculotion of port-time leove in this situo,tion should be bosed on 4 doys ond not 5 doys (os in r . r (ii)). 1.5 The entitlement to leove for new entronts in the leove yeor in which their port-time employment commences should be colculqted on the bosis of one twelfth of the onnuol port-time leove entitlement (colculoted os in I .'l) for eoch complete colendor month of S\IVI employment. .l.6 Poyment for leove will continue to be bosed on the port{ime doily conhocted/rostered hours. So fqr onnuol leove premium is concerned (for those grodes who quolify), the proportion of the port-time leove entitlement thqt will quolify for such poyment will be pro roto to the full-time Annuol Leove entitlement only (HRMIS will enter poyment of ALP).

2. Allocntion of rhe Porf Time Leqve Entiftement

2.1 The orrongements for moking opplicotion, rostering ond gronting leove for port-time employees

qre the some os those which opply to full+ime employees ond os stoted in ogreements for the

respective grode grouPs'

2.2 Port-time employees in o grode group thot hos o seporote entitlement to Bonk/Public holidoy

leove (fhese"lrodes ore listed below) con be required to loke o doys leove from their onnuol

port-time entitlement where o controcted doy of work folls on o Bonk/Public holidoy (or

ossocioted doy) when they ore not required to work. No more thon 60% of the totol onnuql

port time leove entitlement con be ollocoted in this woy.

Where o controcted doy of work folls on one of the Bonk/Public holidoys (or ossocioted doys)

ond the porttime employee is required to work they will be poid ot the oppropriote rote for the

Bqnk/Public holidoy in question. They will not, however, be entitled to on olternotive doys

Grodes with seporote Bonk/Public holidoy leove:

- Clericol Officer

- Supervisor 'A' to 'E'

- Roil Operotor

- Technicol Assistont

- Monogement Stoff.

Port-time employees in the TCS, Revenue Proteclion, TSO ond MB & CB grodes con be required

to toke o doys leove (leove in hours in the cose of MB ond CB grodes) from their onnuol port-time entitlement when o conlrocted doy of work folls on either Christmos Doy or Boxing Doy

ond there is no requirement to work. When o port-time employee in one of these grodes is

required to work on either Christmos Doy or Boxing Doy they will be deolt with for leove

purposes in the some woy os full-time employees os specified in the relevont restructuring

ogreements
