Workshop Objectives
Workshop ObjectivesBy the end of the workshop, participants will have:•Learned how to undertake a strategic planning process, and know the activities related to the strategic planning cycle •Been introduced to an Outcome Mapping approach to planning•Learned how to undertake an analysis of their context and stakeholders•Drafted an initial action plan for engaging effectively with stakeholders in their institution, and wider afield•Learned how to monitor progress, and considered methods for gathering evidence•Developed a communication plan for their stakeholder community
Workshop ExpectationsWithin 6 months of the workshop, participants will:•Develop an IL strategic action plan based on the content of the workshop and tools introduced•Develop an advocacy action plan, with steps to raise awareness of your IL programme and garner support•Complete another appropriate, equivalent task as agreed in final session
