Jackie Thurlow met with Linda Loftis, director of the Brainerd Lakes Salvation Army Food Shelf. This food shelf uses the Choice Model and sets a fine example for food shelves in CWC. They offer an experience similar to grocery shopping and encourage healthy eating. They have expanded to offer education that includes promoting recipes and classes to make meals go further.
