Their opinion and/or decision bring immediate, significant and major / gradual changes in the the
organization system and behavior. It is very difficult to
negotiate and/or debating their decision.
MEDIUMKeep them satisfied with some or
moderate effort & resources. Its better tohave them supporting us rather than
opposite; If they are as opposite, we still
can debate / negotiate with them
MEDIUMTheir opinion and/or decision bring immediate,
significant and major / gradual changes in the the
organization system and behavior. Sometimes the
timing could be longer to take place and changes could
be just minor. There is open window to negotiate and/or
debating their decision.
LOWKeep them informed is enough; Its better
to have them supporting us rather thanopposite; If they are as opposite, we still
can debate / negotiate with them or even
ignored them
LOWTheir opinion and/or decision often has minor
effect and takes sometime to bring effect to theorganization. Their decision and opinion is
always debatable and negotiable. In some
worse case, we could just acknowledge and
say thank you for your input.
