Devon’s ReflectionAs a group we need to include Nick into more of our discussions and to

remain on task as a group.

Personal ReflectionAs a group we work well together. None of us had met each other and the

three of us became extremely close after only a few weeks. The three of us have different personalities and approaches that come from different areas of expertise. Nick is an athlete, Devon is a cheerleader, and I’m a theatre kid but we all mesh together to create an efficient team. Though one thing we could definitely improve upon is staying on task and teaching the lessons assigned to us.
