National Leadership Development Conference is our annual national flagship event – a five day
conference that seeks to create a rigorous learning environment through dialogues and exchange
sessions on leadership development. It involves more than 100 undergraduates from local universities
(NUS, SMU, NTU and SIM) and 50 international undergraduates from 12 different countries
It is important to understand youth needs and mindset at the moment as youth leadership and entrepreneurship
are gradually putting on-top of the list. We, as the world’s largest student-run organization, will provide you with
the best opportunity to reach out to young people today, gain insights about the current trend among them and
see the future in their eyes.

How
Benefits
To engage youth leaders with business insights and help them stay
relevant amidst the fast-changing business landscape of today.
“After my first inter-action with AIESEC at their
International Congress in India in 2010, I am
more than ever convinced of the value of our
partnership. Having interacted with AIESEC
alumni who are thriving in the Deutsche Post
DHL network I can see strong synergies between
the cultures and values of both organizations. I
am impressed with the energy, drive and
intelligence of “AIESECers”, and I recognize that
AIESEC is a valuable source of capable,
ambitious people who are passionate about joining
Deutsche Post DHL.”
