Our Inspect & Connect programme includes a thorough check of your tractor with options to enhance connectivity, performance and safety at an attractive fixed price – increase your uptime and minimise your cost of operations.

Your tractor will get a thorough 75-point inspection for about three hours at your premises to breathe new life into it. We’ll also install a telematics device that transmits machine hours and location for even better service going forward.

Your tractor already has a few hours of operation under its belt but is still looking good and performing well. Now it’s important to keep it up-to-date to maintain its low cost of operation. To that end, we’ll give it a thorough three-hour inspection and install telematics for connectivity for up to 5 years.

Worn knife guards can lead to lower ground speed and reduce the lifetime of knife sections. Replace knife guards when they are broken, bent or if the gap exceeds 5.4 mm. S I D E H I L L K I T When operating the machine on slopes, it is recommended to order the side hill kit in addition or in combination with the high-performance chaffer elements. The side hill kit includes extended divider bays for the chaffer to ensure material is captured in each bay and cannot move to the downhill side when operating on side slopes. A set of five dividers is used on 6 Walker Combines and three dividers for the 5 Walker Combines. The side hill kit ensures level-land performance of the cleaning shoe in up to 7% grades.

A worn arm causes the wheel to move away from the blade, deteriorating seed furrow definition and can cause the gauge wheel to plug up. The gauge wheel arm is mounted to and pivots on a spindle on the shank. When this spindle or arm becomes worn, the arm loosens and the gauge wheel cannot be properly positioned next to the opener blades. A replacement corrects this problem without the need to replace the entire shank. Be sure to properly position the gauge wheel against opener blade assemblies.
