TUJUAN PEMBELAJARAN/ LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Memberikan gambaran umum dan analisis tentang kerumitan issue hukum dalam pembangunan real estate dan transaksi manajemen.

Provides general overview and analysis of the complex legal issues involved in a real estate development and management transaction.

Student explore legal topics, beginning with basic principles of property law and extending to environmental issues and safeguards of site acquisitions through construction, including leasing, financing, conflict resolution, operation, and sale of a real estate project. Negotiation and legal aspects of alternative financing and entity structures are discussed.

KOMPETENSI/ COMPETENCY

Mampu menggali topik hukum, mulai dari prinsip dasar dari hukum properti, isyu lingkungan, keamanan penguasaan lahan, sampai dengan pembangunan, termasuk kontrak, pembeayaan, penyelesaian konflik, operasi dan penjualan proyek real estat.

Mampu menguasai negosiasi dan aspek hukum dari struktur keseluruhan dan alternatif pembeayaan.

TUJUAN PEMBELAJARAN/ LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Memberi pemahaman tentang proses manajemen proyek dalam konteks pembangunan real estat mulai dari konsep sampai dengan penyelesaian; dan pengenalan terhadap teknologi konstruksi dalam kerangka perancangan dan rekayasa arsitektur termasuk juga alat, cara dan sistem konstruksi.

Provides understanding of the process of project management within the context of real estate development, from concepts through completion; and familiar with construction technologies within the framework of architectural design and engineering as well as construction means, methods and system.

KOMPETENSI/ COMPETENCY

Mahasiswa harus memiliki pengetahuan praktis tentang pentingnya prinsip-prinsip manajemen proyek.

Memahami konsep dan aktor kunci pada tahap perencanaan, perancangan dan pembangunan proyek.

Memahami, skedul, beaya, dan konsep serta teknik kontrol kualitas.

Mengetahui terminologi, alat dan metoda konstruksi serta bahan bangunan, dan mempu untuk mengidentifikasi, mengelola dan menanggulangi resiko.

Provides proficiency to examine techniques for forecasting demand and supply in specific markets and evaluating sites based on product criteria. Product includes residential, commercial, and retail property, and focussing in residential real estate.

Kemampuan mengembangkan dan menetapkan permasalahan/ hipotesa penelitian; melakukan kajian pustaka dan menetapkan landasan/ kerangka teoritik penelitian; melakukan review dan menetapkan metoda penelitian secara kritis dan komprehensif.

Kemampuan mengembangkan pengetahuan bidang kebijakan, perencanaan dan pembangunan Real Estate, melalui kajian kritis dan komprehensif terhadap hasil penelitian.

Kemampuan menyusun komponen-komponen tesis ke dalam bahasa tulis yang memenuhi kaidah penulisan tesis dan bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar, serta kemampuan menyusun publikasi hasil penelitian dalam bentuk karya tulis ilmiah.
