Created in 1988 as a consulting firm specialized in

recruiting and selecting managers and senior executives,

DM - Decision Making - became a segment benchmark.

Two years later, DM took over the coordination for Unilever

Brazil’s Trainee Program recruitment and selection process,

which gave birth to Cia de Talentos.

DMRH has been continuously growing ever since itsfoundation. Some important highlights are:

A stage that ensures a deep level of understanding of the organization and the position to be filled. This involves studying the company’s dynamics and values, as well as the manager’s style and characteristics for the position to be filled.

Stage in which DM Executives/ EMA Partners Brazil undergoes a market mapping and an approach to understand applicants’ experience and check to what extent they are in line with the expected profile.

Understanding the organizational structure, culture and maturity in order to implement a Young Talent Program.

Based on the previous diagnosis and understanding of each company’s scenario, a consistent Program is designed and structured, in line with each organization’s culture and objectives.

A. ATTRACTING - Defining the most efficient strategies for attracting and recruiting young talents, in line with the market, young people, universities, student organizations, both online and offline.

B. SELECTING - Online and face-to-face evaluation tools are applied, utilizing the most innovative and modern tools available, while maintaining cohesiveness, awareness and ethics throughout the project. During the entire selection project we have two clients: the company (that receives constant analysis and monitoring, while participating in each decision making process) and the applicant (who enjoys differentiated support and service that is focused on transmitting safety, transparency and commitment from start to finish).

From the program’s design and implementation to the hiring and development of young talents, Cia de Talentos works alongside the client, helping in the management of each action and monitoring indicators and assessments.

Cia de Talentos is committed to the education and transformation of young people into professionals through integrated and innovative actions. We work with the most consistent and innovative Coaching methodologies, individually or in groups. Workshops, online activities and Outdoor Training – all based on methods of facilitation, andragogy and taking the lead in learning and their career. We help professionals of the Human Resources department and managers that will be dealing with the young people, in terms of maximizing their management and coaching abilities specifically in relation to young professionals, facilitating their integration in the program and in the company, as well as encouraging their development.

Through dynamic lectures specifically designed for each audience, Cia de Talentos encourages knowledge regarding youth, their professional challenges and how different generations deal with each other in the market.

Cia de Talentos also offers care, scheduling and support to candidatesin all stages of selection through a system, e-mail, telephone or even a message board specifically designed for the project.

A dream, a belief, a conquest

It was 10 years ago when Cia de Talentos started the Career Guidance Program (POC), a service designed to help young people identify their goals in life, allowing conscious and safer choices to be made, as they move towards their start in the job market, developing a victorious career.

The Program has been so successful that in 2007it became Business Unit Career at Cia de Talentos, offering products like: Job Market POC, Virtual POC, Choice of Profession POC, career workshops, coaching, lectures, workshops and lessons on career and related themes, structuring Career Centrals in educational institutions and developing relationship programs with young people.

These actions aim to allow participants – through self-knowledge, identification of personal goals and competencies and recognition of possibilities – to learn how to make career choices that will lead them to satisfaction and fulfillment in their working lives.

A study that has been carried out by Cia de Talentos for 9 years now, through an online survey with over 50,000 university students aged between 18-27 in Brazil, Argentina, Mexico and Colombia*. The top 10 companies young people view as a dream company to start their careers are awarded, as well as the leaders young people most admire.

The research** is now the main reference for attracting, developing and retaining young people in Latin America, being used as a source of information by many companies, young people and universities. Additionally, the study shows the young people’s behavioral trends, which helps Marketing and Innovation areas to develop or adapt programs for this target audience.

Each year, the event gathers approximately 500 guests, among Presidents, Directors and Managers from the main national and multinational companies.
