SCRIPT  INSTRUCTIONS   This script will require that you client responds to you verbally throughout the

hypnotic session. Please ensure that your client understands that this is possible to do, whilst still under trance.

Your client will give you responses that will be useful in having a further discussion with them about the meaning of these, after the session. Please ne prepared to write down what they say throughout the session.

PERSONAL  RESPONSIBILITY Are you happy for the purpose of today’s session to allow your unconscious mind to assist you in creating a solution to this problem today and for you to be aware of it? (Wait for client’s positive response)

INDUCTION  (Use your preferred Hypnotic Induction)

DEEPENER  (Use your preferred Deepener)

INTRODUCTION  And as you continue, I want to talk to your unconscious mind. That part of you, that knows all your answers to every question you want to ask. That part of you that… remember everything easily…that has ever happened to you. Your conscious mind can switch off, or think about something else, or just sit by and listen, because it’s you unconscious mind that has the answers. Your unconscious mind is open and responsive, so just allow it to happen. Just let it happen. Because when you do, you’ll find it is easy to achieve your outcome here today, and it’s the best way to be. And you know that you want that. Don’t you? That’s right.

PAST  LIFE  FREE-­‐REGRESSION  Now imagine yourself standing at the doorway to a long corridor and you are about to explore this corridor. As you look down the corridor you see that on either side are a number of doors. You feel a sense of curiosity as you notice that some of the doors are already wide open, some are closed and some are slightly ajar. At the very end of the corridor you can see that the corridor splits in two directions. Left & Right and you know that when you go to the end of the corridor you will have to decide, and it’s a good thing to do, so you start walking down… As you walk along the corridor you start to notice that the wall is decorated with various pieces of artwork and paintings. Some are colourful. Some are black and white. You notice that some walls are completely bare. It almost seems as though these pieces of art are like clues…clues to a distant past. And just like a good detective, just like Sherlock Holmes, you know that these clues can lead you to finding something you have been searching for. You are totally curious about learning more about your past life. And so you study the paintings and artwork for

clues, for a sign, for some trigger that will remind you of past and distant memory that has meaning to you. You walk down the corridor, feeling more curious and open to learning new things with each step you take, because it’s the best way to be, and anyone can. That’s right. You eventually come to a door, but this door is unique. It is different from all the others. It looks the same as all the other doors. It’s made from the same material, but something about this door feels different. Something about this door feel right for you. You reach your hand out, grabbing hold of the handle, feeling it’s firm cold surface in your hand, and you open up the door. As you hear the door swing open, you can now see an empty and inviting room. You scan the room and you see a gun-metal grey filing cabinet sitting in the corner, underneath a large window. You walk over to the filing cabinet and pull on the handle of the first drawer. It’s stiff and hard to pull out, as you hear the sound of metal scraping on metal as you try to pull it open. You realise that this drawer doesn’t want to be opened right now, so you leave it alone. You notice that on the front of this drawer says “Negative Emotions & Memories”. You are looking to understand more about your past, more about your past life, and so you are happy to leave this drawer shut, knowing that you can still find out about your past life without feeling any negative emotions. Just like watching a movie and knowing that what is happening on the screen is not happening to you now. You see the drawer below has another label saying “Past Life” and so you pull on the handle of the second drawer and it slides out smoothly. You now can see that there are a number of files, all neatly filed away in this drawer. You notice that the files have a range of different colours, with some colours standing out more than others. What colour are the files that contain your answers? (Wait for client to respond). I want you to now search through the drawer and take out all of the files that are (client’s colour), and with each file you take hold of, you feel even more excited to find out what is inside. And I know you are feeling even more curious right now, because that means you are about to learn some things about yourself that you may have forgotten. Have you taken all of the (colour) files out of the drawer? Simply nod your head when you are done. (Wait for response). You place the files on top of the drawer and you start to open them up investigating each one. Some have papers, some have photos and I’m curious to find out which papers or photos seem important to you. I want you to find the ones that stand out to you, the ones that you know are significant to you. When you have found these, simply nod your head, please?

Like a detective, looking through all the information, remembering to scan both the front and the back, you look over the significant files, searching for clues and hints of past memories. It could be an image, or a word or a photo, or even a name…something that comes to mind and stands out. When you have found that clue, I want you to say it out aloud now so we can talk about it later. (If client does not respond within 30 seconds) In a moment I am going to count from one to three, and then I will click my fingers. When I click my fingers, something of significance will come into your mind. Allow it to happen. Let it happen. It might be a name, a word, a photo, a location, a memory, an idea. Allow it to happen. Let it happen. 1…2…3…(CLICK) Now tell me the first thing that comes to mind. (CLICK) (You will discuss what your client says to you after the session, exploring the relevance, connection and meaning of this memory)

COUNT  UP  In a moment I'm going to count from one to five and with each number I count, you will come back by 20%, back to wakeful awareness, feeling alert, wonderful and refreshed. One…Allowing all the suggestions and all the things you have learned to today to integrate at the unconscious level. Two…Start to notice sounds in the room and sounds outside Three…Take a nice, deep breath in Four…Take a big stretch, stretch up and out Five…Open you your eyes, feeling awake, alert and refreshed.
