Chocolate StripsThese chocolate strips can be used like theclassic rolls. All you need to do is surroundthe inside of your mould with this stripand fill your cream desserts as usual, to obtain an ideal decoration with anincredible thinness. Place in the fridge.

The desserts presented are all made in the same way: laid down the transfer sheetsat the bottom of the mould. Once hard, frozen 12 Hours at -18°C, the sheets are snapped off immediately. The sheets are adapted for mould (KT185 & KT187) p. 198 but you can useyour own mould if size is suitable. See instructions on p. 269
