ENTRY FEE: $4.00 per event 7 Years and Under FREE

NOMINATIONS CLOSE: Monday 14th November

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

1. Meet held under the rules of Swimming Australia. All events swum as timed finals.2. Competitors must be registered members of SQ and members of an affiliated club.3. Nominations must be made through Club Secretary.4. Club night or carnival times are acceptable as entry times.

‘B’ DIVISION SWIMMERS MUST SUBMIT A TIME TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR UPGRADE MEDALS. (NT’s are not eligible for upgrade medals)LATE ENTRIES will be accepted, provided there is Lane Space & the Swimmer will be non-competitive (not eligible for any awards) Normal entry fee still applies.

5. Age shall be as at 19th November, 2016.6. MEDALS awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd in ‘A’ Division (Note: To be eligible to receive a Medal an ‘A’ Division

time must be swum). 7. RIBBONS awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd in ‘B’ Division. 8. Upgrade MEDALS awarded to ‘B’ Division swimmers who break Standard ‘A’ Division qualifying time.9. Events will be Multi Aged and awarded in the following ages 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 & over.10. 7 & under will receive ONE ‘Participation Ribbon’ only.11. SWD athletes will be awarded medals in past the post format regardless of classification
