a wholly owned subsidiary in India of a Malaysian auto-

component conglomerate.

conducted on behalf of strategic private equity investor.

development and services company for its all India network.

• Due diligence and preparation of documents for sale of

for a European Multi National engineering conglomerate

including preparation of Loan agreement, architect contract,

consortium for submitting bids for development of township in

eastern India.

Mr. Kanti Mohan Rustagi

Mr. Kanti Mohan Rustagi, a member of the International

Bar Association, London and Bar Council of India has nearly

twenty (20) years of professional experience. He is a member of

Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a qualified Costs

and Works Accountant. Prior to founding Patanjali Associates, he

was Senior Legal Counsel of Coca-Cola India and also served on

the Board of one of the three Indian subsidiaries of Coca-Cola in

India. He was a member of the global legal function of the Coca-

Cola Company.

He has handled a number of critical assignments for Coca-

Cola India and most recently was the only legal representative to

structure, manage and execute the divestment of equity for

Coca-Cola in India to comply with government directives. In the

past, he had set up the bottling and marketing subsidiaries for

Coca-Cola in India and procured all approvals. During his

association with Coca-Cola, he managed important litigation like

cases, relating to tortuous procurement of breach of contracts,

contractual disputes, criminal litigation for protection of company

property etc.

At Patanjali Associates, he has guided setup and led the

growth to the present size of the Firm. Mr. Rustagi is serving on

the board of many companies.
