• Demolition works are drawing to a close, with all buildings now demolished and final crushing and clearance to complete in early September.

• Construction works have commenced on the initial phases with foundations and drainage works progressing.

• Timber frame works to commence in late September.

• An application to Gloucestershire County Council highways to close the section of Paterson Road from the junction with Golden Farm Road to the corner adjacent nr.45 Paterson Road was successful and the road closure will commence from 7th October.
