It's the practice of surrendering the control of the mind in your perceptions and allowing the heart to create the pathway to joy and harmony.---

Let take a look at the components of the heart --There are 3 distinct realms of the heartphysical, emotional and spiritual4Physical Heart

Looking at the heart biologically, it's an amazing phenomenon.


In the physical realm, your heart is the master controller of your body, providing circulation and rhythm, the two fundamental requirements for health and vitality. Its truly amazing

Did you know that the heart can beat on its own without any connection to the brain, and beats 100,000 times a day and approximately 40 million times a year. It starts to form in the fetus before there is a brain.---and Scientists still don't know exactly what triggers this self-initiated heartbeat.

Most of us have been taught in school that the heart is constantly responding to orders sent by the brain in the form of neural signals.However, it is not as commonly known thatthe heart actually sends more signals to the brain than the brain sends to the heart!

In the emotional realm, your heart is the depth of your being, ---this is where you feel---its a reservoir of emotional energy that is the source of your courage, creativity, compassion, inuence, guidance and peace.

In the spiritual realm, your heart is the focus of your soul, the divine within.

It has also known as the Magnetic Heart, the High Heart or the Seat of the Soul. Located behind the sternum in the area of your thymus gland, this energy center can open new doorways to awareness. This is the place where you can really get to know yourself and discover what purpose your are here to fulfill. This is the place where your truth lives---where the answers to your deepest questions can be answered7Whats Happening Now..


So whats happening nowwhy is it so important that we be heart centered?8Our World is making a profound shift to a new paradigm


Our world is making a profound shift to a new paradigm. Many of us simply call it THE SHIFT---where The old paradigm served humanity for many, many years,--now moving into this exciting new paradigm is paving the way for a more loving, harmonious way of living and interacting with everything around us Such amazing things are going on as the old world collapses around us; Our consciousness is the foundation of our physical world.

The biggest thing is not to buy into the fear. It was fear that created all the control dramas with money, wars, greed, lack--the list goes on9What you should be aware of during this transition, is how your heart is shifting and opening.

The good news is that this transition gives you the opportunity to dream big and create in new and positive ways when you go into your heart to adjust to the pace and empower yourself with intuitive guidance. We can no longer rely on our mental processing alone to sustain us. There is a new (LOVE) dynamic now in place that everyone...whether consciously or not...will have to abide by. This new dynamic flows from the heart. And This is why the path to the heart is so important.

It isnow imperative to Think With Your Heart, because only our hearts contain the intelligence to operate optimally here...with the speed, accuracy & frequency required to function in the new earth.Our mental facilities are now fully governed by the intelligence of the heart which means we will be capable of way less if we try to use our thinking minds alone, without the inspiration of our hearts desire. Every action, everything we think & do must come from LOVE (& not fear) to be fully supported by the energies here. Thinking with our brains is like shooting blanks now, whereby thinking with our hearts will be like shooting stars.14When we harmonize into the flow of life from what feels right, from what is calling us, from what is or wants to be, then we will be supported by the cosmos

Likewise, when we resist the flow and try to impose our own will against the will of the divine.... we will push away the magic and create unnecessary suffering. This dynamic is why so much around us will come crashing down this year, because the majority of the world is run from the HEAD brain...independently of, devoid of: LOVE, spirit, Oneness.16Those who truly think with their hearts and allow their feelings to animate the imagination and fuel every choice, miracles can be accomplished.

Each moment is up to you to create, even if youre feeling down realize its only your emotional body so give it some love, imagine magenta pink blasting your emotional body. Or those negative thoughts, do something physical to get into your body or imagine soil coming up through you from the earth and your feet up to your head, this gets you out of your head. Imagine theSun in your heartradiant and bright as it glows through every cell of your body and out through your emotional, mental, spiritual bodies, one golden body of light from the source within you. And most of all stay in Gratitudefeeling grateful and showing appreciation is a powerful path to the heart20
