For 2018/2019 School Year:
• 120 6th grade students accepted.
• 124 7th grade students accepted.
• 124 8th grade students accepted.
• 368 total students to be enrolled for 2019/2020.

Electives:
• 6th grade STEM students take a year-long Introduction to Computers class in which they collaborate with their academic classes for activities and projects.
• 7th and 8th grade students can continue into Advanced Computers or pursue other interests:

• Enrichment is for students who are doing well in Math and English:
✓ They get to choose from many course offerings as a second elective.
✓ Provides additional enrichment for gifted/high achieving learners.
• 6th grade students are enrolled in a special I&E to help them as they transition into middle school:
✓ 6th grade teachers cover study skills, class management, using Schoology, emailing teachers, and managing homework.

Education Department ranks in the top 4 in LAUSD for Fitness Gram Scores.
• We have a $250,000 fitness center
• Beyond the Bell school after school programs are available everyday till 6:00 pm.
• After school snack is provided.
• Classes include: computer lab, cheer, homework club and a fitness center.
• Organized sports teams (boys and girls) compete against other LAUSD schools.
