Overview
This presentation summarizes which control system components are currently working for the injector commissioning phaseScreen shots from EPICS show functionality of each systemData from the Elog is shown to illustrate acquisitionComments on what works and what doesn’t are includedSummary includes lessons learned and what still needs to be done

Control Room Conditions Still a Bit Cramped (first beam to end of BC1!)
Reorganizing the control room layout
Purchasing more workstations
Injector commissioning involved 12 or more in the room, so its likely to increase as the linac and undulator systems are commissioned

Summary and lessons learned
Remarkable commissioning achievement for the control systemControls commissioning time was squeezed
How do we ask for more?
Planned BC2–linac installation is tight Improve liaison with mechanical engineeringWe are still learning how to handle large number of IOCs and the huge number of PVs
e.g. Restoring after a reboot
Large number of EDM displays can confuse operators at times (looking for a screen that may be already open)Controls group is a great TEAM!
