SUMMARY
Broad experience representing and advising companies on full spectrum of employment law
issues including equal employment, wrongful discharge, whistleblower claims, wage and hour,
affirmative action compliance, workplace torts, alcohol and drug abuse, disability rights and
OSHA matters. Represented employers before federal agencies such as the EEOC, NLRB,
OSHA, the Department of Labor and State discrimination agencies. Significant experience in
employment law litigation case management.

Responsible for labor and employment litigation case management, supervision of outside
counsel, advising upper management at unionized multi-billion dollar transportation company
