Rescheduled—Counselors Corner— ASSIST rescheduledAccording to legis- laon from Indiana Dept. of Ed, each public school shall provide age appropri- ate instrucon on child abuse and sexual abuse to students in K-12th grade. This instrucon rescheduled for the month of January 15th and Feb. 5th at NVE. The following resource will be the basis for instrucon in our elemen- tary school. hps://childluresprevenon.com Circle Pick-up at Dismissal— Parents please stay in your vehicle when picking up your students. NVE assistants will help your student in the vehicle for everyones safety. Thank you for your cooperaon. Panther Cub PreK Days— If you have a preschooler that will be aending kindergarten this fall, you are welcome to join us! We have 4 special morn- ings set aside with lots of excing acvies planned. You and your child can get to know us and how we do things at N.V.E.! Panther Cubs and their grown ups will get to go on a school tour, meet some teachers, visit the playground and sit on a school bus. Parents will also be learning important informaon about aendance procedures, expectaons, elearning days, technology for kindergarteners and how to "grow a reader".
