I was goofing off preparing to file in claims; I pulled this part as I was reasoningon paper informally; this contains your legal reasoning not to pay taxes as theburden is on the IRS. Hello! Obamacare is a tax so you know who else theburden is on as John Roberts pointed the legal finger at the right one? Congress.Congress first instituted the federal income tax at Wilson's urging after SCOTUS

refused due to how its apportioned. Trust me, the question is: is currentlycollected tax and soon to be collected Obamacare directly or indirectlyapportioned? HINT: THEY CALL IT OBAMACARE FOR REASONING.

Opting out of Obamacare as its a tax means opting out of all federal income taxas its "mandatory", duh! It's all-voluntary. What will Congress do when you tellthe IRS "Thanks but no thanks, no Obamacare for me"? I have one idea: TheHouse calls a tied Presidential election. Tell the House that you demand a recall,a tied election must be broken so you won't pay income tax until you know WHOis the actual P & C; tell the House "I'd like to pay my fair share but WHO do Imake the check out to, The People aka Susan or The US aka Obama?" You have

to make them see that they're now harming their own selves as the chain ofcausation runs its course; as they closed it by shutting you out that chain whipsthem in the ass.

The Americans are The People while the US is any paid Officer, lawyer or personself-identifying as being of the US. Beyond or outside the US is everybody else;they may not fall under the jurisdiction of this court but we can still complainabout them even if we may not collect damages from them.

In our case the libelous statements which reflect anunprecedented level of slander and defamation of character perpetrated againstus were not only printed in government publications but were picked up bynewspapers and internet sites; it is not possible to sue every single individual andone must ask how many of the citizen Voters or foreigners REpublishing suchstatements are also victims of the US? Add to that CERNs recent announcement,its publicity stunt, that caused people across the planet to believe what is falseregarding science and god thus America as CERN announced that it had found theGod particle when that is not possible and then, outside or after the public

Nobody has to pay if we never, ever had a common understanding so we couldnt

Nobody has to pay if those taxes will be used tosupport the UN, the IMF and its member nations at our expense or if they will beused to fund the awarding of industry to foreign nations. For about 200 years man has believed direct entry to SCOTUS is impossible, that mounting

an actual tax revolt is impossible, that all our Founders did is write the word

independence upon a piece of paper and we were magically liberated and that Lord

proposes in Principia. Wrong as we made our legal case for sovereignty first using reason,

unconstitutional? When they truly, actually believe liberty and justice to be made

impossible as if its nonexistent? They are criminals and they just lost their law licenses as

SCOTUS has only heard licensed lawyers but never a lone voter who is pro se and instead

they supported an unqualified man, Obama Jr., who is a lawyer or so some people

delusionally claim and who was installed into the Executive Office by those very same

lawyers. Its lawyers preserving, protecting and defending other lawyers at our expense

and today we have criminally insane scientists doing the same.

Upon my direct entry every single lawyer alive is guilty of treason automatically and the

penalty is death: all of those law licenses are no good. Death takes infinite forms; its notonly the physical death of your body. Not one single law license in existence is any good

save my own and perhaps one or two others who came forward and told the truth about

their own actions as a lawyer as I am now licensed to practice in all 50 states and in every

US territory, in county, state and federal court including the Supreme Court of the US and

receive but not file a complaint as the UN and its IHRC are two of my problems but

process and violating what is your birthright in order to let McCain run for the office

when they were also running in open and direct violation of law due to how Bill Clinton

ever came to be installed thus Hilary Clinton began being installed in violation of the law

as shes as delusional and as susceptible to suggestion as Bill is; she bought a Senate seat in

NY State openly advertising that Bill once was and now this exact NY State Senate seat is

her means to leverage herself into position to ultimately be installed in the Office of the

Executive. Hilary Clinton wants and needs you to connect her to Governor Clinton of NYwhen no relation exists.New Yorkers must have done so. Every person on the ballot was

unqualified and so could not possibly certify themselves; either they are foreign born, they

were installed via purchase and other criminal activity, they are a citizen without the

birthright, they lacked so much as an atom of ability and capacity or they colluded with

criminals as their name appeared on the ballot thus they participated in criminal activity

as did every person on Earth except me, Susan, as I sued predeprivation of the birthright as

to pay any taxation in any form due to that judgment of default as the burden of proof is

not on us but on Obama, on the IRS and on every other officer and institution. If you keep

paying taxes all you are doing is volunteering to pay to harm your own self; you are

volunteering to fund your own injury and harm and you are vesting all of your interest and

right in the pieces of dead paper not in the living constitutions aka The People, the unpaid

names to you but if you or another volunteer such as myself can write in a name and make

possible for a naturalized person to lay claim to natural birth status for their own self or

evidence, poof or absolute proof and it disregarded all US law and US case law. Then every

American pretended that it never happened so America as a nation failed to act. I did

so. The whole truth known as actual reality of this universe might never be written down

on pieces of paper, as billions of crimes are never prosecuted. Enumerate the number of

people who voted in violation of the law since 1971, as the Pentagon Papers were made

public 40 years ago. See? Across Earth billions of people are actually guilty but they were

never prosecuted so no pieces of paper saying GUILTY exist save for my own piece ofpaper, the SCOTUS docket. The very public SCOTUS docket. Are you actually guilty or not?

Im not guilty; in fact Im actually innocent as the only other vote I ever cast was cast for

my own self via entry to SCOTUS by overturning BVG thus creating that docket as in the

constructs into the offices with you including your vote as moral constructs are of your own

design. We share a common ethic and the legal constructs are defined in The Constitution

as the institutions the Founders named are elegantly designed so that mathematical

principles support them, as does good science. Legal constructs would be the very design

of the office itself and what it does plus the separation of or limits of power. When unjust

men exhaust themselves as they act upon the idea of power and control not power and

authority you should yet have a reserve of moral authority for if your moral constructs

match the legal constructs then you and your vote can and may meet the paid officer by

standing him aside or you can and may exceed the paid officer by standing him down. You,the unpaid voter, can and may work both chains that the Executive is, president and

commander or civilian and military. The limits of power upon your vote, as the vote is a

physical or material construct and also an emotional and metaphysical or immaterial

construct, is defined by the Bill of Rights. The Bill of Rights defines the limits of power

placed upon the unpaid Voter, an officer in his own right, while The Constitution defines

the limits of power placed upon the paid officers. Together both address the institutions of

government as The Declaration addresses the living constitutions of government as you?

You CAN do anything you want or need to do. And I, Susan, can catch you and prosecute

you and I do not need an institution of government to do it as per posse commitatus:

When you act to stand aside or down an officer and he refuses to move? When he abusespower? The paid officer is acting illegally; illegally means acting in violation of the legal

construct or the office so that he has no reasoning. His actions will not make any

reasonable sense. If you know how every institution is designed so that you know every

absolute within the whole thus how it works in actual reality then you can force a paid

officer to move to act or to vacate that seat - or to violate the legal construct and if he

violates the construct then it shows. An example is the SCOTUS docket for its not possible

for John Roberts to have seen the actual petition or if he did then he saw a summary that

was wrong as a clerk deliberately missummarized the Petition because the Chief Justice

does not have to name his reasoning to deny a Petition hearing in person except in direct

cases of authority and o.j. These cases are to go directly to the Chief Justice and this did

not plus SCOTUS may not deny such cases a hearing in person or else it would be reasoning

itself out of existence. Thus the 3 denials after my name as I entered a total of 3 times are

devoid of reasoning literally; the action itself makes no reasonable sense nor does the

lack of any named reasoning on Roberts part so you know the Chief Justice never saw my

Petition or read what is a wrongly summarized Petition. The case had to be obstructed and

the docket had to be tampered with by the Chief Clerk who threatened to do so when I

spoke to him on the phone in 2007 as he told me that women, mothers and nonlicensed

lawyers would ever enter SCOTUS as lawyers give precedence to their law license not to

their vote or US law; in their own heads not in reality their law license supercedes actuallaw.

You can claim John Roberts is crazy, temporarily insane and/or generally unfit but what is

your evidence? You have zero evidence to support that claim and I should know as John

Roberts was never told that Jefferson not Calvert correctly weighed the Earth as once I

told the Chief Clerk how he had screwed himself and that this is a case of universal law at

work and then I gave him the intellectual property to prove it absolutely, he then REFUSED

to deliver the good application for an emergency stay to Roberts as did the Stay Clerk.

These unjust men delusionally believe they can escape the consequences of their ownactions in conjunction with universal law at work when they cant as no man can ever

constitute the whole universe. First an unjust man acts illegally and then he acts in

the law and then its spirit. Whenever a man violates the spirit of the law his or her actionis criminal as that person must mean and intend to cause injury and harm or else there is

no reasoning to violate the spirit of the law. A man cant actually violate the spirit of the

anybody acting to violate the spirit of the law must mean to cause injury and harm to you

so it is a deliberate, willing and knowing act.

Actual reality is no person on Earth ever has to violate the spirit of the law. You might

have to violate the letter of the law but never its spirit. If the spirit of the law is broken by

a citizen then the spirit of that one person is broken; if this goes unchecked then

eventually The People are broken as corruption becomes endemic and then turns criminal.

Criminal corruption then trickles down to The People from the Executive. Soon every

individual on Earth has caught this highly contagious and forever fatal disease. The People

become a dead body of government and so America is dead.

As death is a given as Im subject to a physical construct known as old age then I acted

every single time injustice crossed my path and fearlessly so. I remained alive; when the

spirit of the law left this nation it remained inside of my person and so then I stood alone. I

assumed the actual risk of death over and over until at last I met and then exceeded death

in all of its forms including brain death as my heart stopped until I was no longergenerating an electromagnetic field and so the quantum energy that I am exited this

framework of time and entered the void where I quickly discerned that at absolute zero

the energy you are cannot exit this universe and enter another universe as you would have

to leave the void but first you would have to create an entirely new framework of time

that you could then explode into and begin turning energy into matter thus separating day

from night as if you are The Creator but youre not exactly equal. I pursued Hitler, Hess,

Geobels, Eichman, Gehring and all the rest of them into Hell as you can act to do

something to erase the energy you are from this universe, as if you never existed and never

will again thus the only hope for you is rests in another universe so you are squarely at themercy of The Creator. You could possibly be made manifest in another universe as a cricket

but you would never know of your previous, glorious existence as a masterwork of God, as

a human being who is American, as that would be cruel and unusual punishment.

can model it fractally as you rotate the unification of the Julian sets so that it rests upon

the vertical axis not the horizontal axis and from far way you will see two hearts being

impaled by a spear otherwise known as the Cross of Lorraine and from up close you will see

the loops and swirls of infinity; youre looking right at a model of the godpsark, a joule of

the quantum energy that you are. However there is another way to look at this as you have

another model, your own human heart.

Go to a doctor and have an echocardiogram done so that you can see your own heart in

action. Recall the science that human heart cells beat spontaneously at about three weeks?

And at five weeks that your heart beats? I know whyand howhuman life begins in utero

but you do not have to rely and depend upon me. Watch your own heart beating and tell

me with a straight face that you do not see the finger of God upon it as if The Creator

itself is a sort of divine pacemaker.

The very first time I ever saw my own heart beat I nearly passed out as I watched the

finger of God as plain as day or in plain sight curling up from the bottom and touching

the heart itself as if it is causing your heart to keep time with the music that this universeis, as if The Creator is timing you so that you match the timing of the respiring universe.

Dont get in your own way and you too will be on a collision course with your Creator and

the journey will be painless. I nearly fainted as not one single doctor, textbook or medical

model prepared me for this; it is as if every single medical professional on Earth and along

with them all scientists everywhere on Earth are denying reality to the extent and degree

that they deny their own existence, as if they deny that medicine itself exists! Not once

have I ever seen this part of the human heart named or modeled correctly. Nobody is

representing this biological fact as it actually is.

Ray Morton, who resolved Uniformity simultaneously to me as he has the actual reality of

multidimensional space on paper, recently told me that I had no realistic idea as to how

bad this problem actually is, that I needed to fire all of them and that one textbook isnt

wrong per se in regards to obvious errors and obviously bad science but that it has upwards

of 300 pages missing. I did not know how bad it actually is as the last time I checked 90%

of scientists were agnostic or atheist. I can believe it but if you tell me that 90% of all

Creator and true belief or faith in a Creator is our commonly share ethic. Not only did

them and so how do you reason your own first cause if not for The Creator? If The Creatorisnt both cause and causation then how do you ever reason and ration me, Susan? I set out

to win a revolution of the human heart only to end up floating America and then the world

and then the universe when all I had is The Creator along with the knowledge that I had

the power to move The Creator as I could stand aside not down The Creator as law is

reciprocal.

The Chief Clerk of the US should have known his reign of terror is at an end as the three

ships that landed at Jamestown bringing Virginia Dare to America are named the Susan

Constant, The Discovery and The Godspeed and I, Susan, wrote to him and told him that as

this is the whole truth and nothing but the truth then he should keep this letter as it might
