Ship Unloader

Ship Unloader Automation and

Monitoring Project, Khuzestan Steel

Co, located in the port of Imam

(Mahshahr). Brief description of the

project:

The project included Engineering,

Procurement and Commissioning. In

this project, 2 PLC automation

systems were operated as Master &

Slave. The PLC system includes

PLCs 300 and 400 Siemens. The

project consists of two HMI systems,

which in addition to monitoring the

processor; the whole system is

manually controlled by the operator

through the HMI system. In this

project, the system of engineering

PC Station is also considered. In this

system, Simoreg-DC-Master

Siemens drives were used for DC

motors. Of the 4 drives installed, 2 of

them are Master & Slave. The entire

drive system and Plc300 are

controlled by PLC400. All of these

systems are based on the Profibus

Project

Khuzestan steel Factory located in

Ahvaz. The project included
