PAY.GOV Instructions

1. Go to https://www.pay.gov/public/home 2. In the Search Window Enter “SEUG”

3. You should see “Southeast Utah Group - National Parks Commercial Use Authorization Fees.” You will use this site to pay for Arches, Canyonlands, Natural Bridges, and Hovenweep CUAs.

4. Click on the red button “ Continue to the Form”

5. Click on the red button “ Continue to the Form” You will see “SEUG Commercial Use Authorization” Form

6. Fill in the fields. 7. The dollar amount should correspond to $300 for each CUA you are

applying for.

NOTE: This page says “Canyonlands National Park,” but this form is valid for all parks in the Southeast Utah Group:

• Arches National Park, • Canyonlands National Park, • Hovenweep National Monument, and • Natural Bridges National Monument

In 2018 these are 11 CUAs that are available:

Arches National Park:

• Commercial Tours and Transportation CUA • Guided Interpretive Day Hiking CUA • Guided Still Photography Instruction CUA

Canyonlands National Park

Natural Bridges National Monument

• Commercial Tours and Transportation CUA • Guided Still Photography Instruction CUA

8. Leave “Permit Number” field blank. 9. Click on the grey “Continue“button.

10. Choose your method of payment. 11. Click on the red “Next” button.

12. Complete the empty fields for the payment you selected.

13. Click on the “Review and Submit” payment button 14. Once payment has been made you should get confirmation. 15. When applying for a Commercial Use Authorization(s), enclose a

copy of the payment verification from Pay.Gov with your CUA application and proof of insurance.
