PCF – Partial Completion Form -Applicable only for Permanent Works -It is required when the construction or installation of permanent works have to be delivered over several shifts, leaving the installation on a “unfinished and safe” state. Hence the delivery team will provide a programme showing which elements will be worked upon in each shift. At the end of each shift the CRE will sign Off the PCF and mark-up the progress achieved and confirm the installation is safe. -One PCF will cover up to 7 shifts. Then new PCF to be raised. -Upon full installation completion a Form 005 will be prepared and signed off by CRE to assure the works.

PCF – Partial Completion Form

Examples when a PCF is required:

- Any assets with loadingi.e. BCL, SAS and LAK panels, Merson’s signs, NGB Speaker Supports.

- Anything with passenger / crowd loading i.e. hoarding changes, balustrades, glazing, changing out Perspex for glazing

- Installing permanent and removing temporary works (when they are in an incomplete state)

i.e. infills in-between escalators and balustrades, Service Yard Loading Gates, War Memorial or Keyclamp disabled Ramp holders
