Ben Koo | Vice PresidentBen has always had a passion for everything aerospace. Upon receiving his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from UC Berkeley, he worked as an aerospace engineer for the U.S. Navy. Ben went on to diversify his career by working in the private sector for a number of Fortune 500 companies as an engineer and ultimately senior management. In Ben’s tenure as the Director of Business Operations and Program Management at Pioneer, he has focused on restructuring the organization from sales through engineering and integrating this team with manufacturing in order to deliver a higher quality of service to our customers while increasing sales volume. Ben has also been pivotal in providing professional leadership to our customers by implementing changes that create value throughout the supply chain. The Pioneer team is very excited for Ben’s leadership as Vice President and believe in his leadership for our future.

Najeeb Danishgar | Director of Manufacturing and AssemblyNajeeb is Pioneer to the core. 34 years ago, after a brief one week stint as a consultant to Pioneer, his talent and attitude was apparent and he was quickly recruited as a full-time associate in the lamination department. Upon proving his ability to develop and improve the lamination process, he was promoted and transitioned to multiple other departments including engineering, routing, process engineering, and ultimately the whole of manufacturing. Every department Najeeb has been a part of or led has been made better because of his skill and influence. In fact, there are a multitude of processes that have been created and/or developed by Najeeb that are still in use today. Najeeb not only developed his skills and career, but played an integral role in the overall success of Pioneer. He truly has a “company fi rst” attitude. His hard work, dedication to the craft, constant reliability, and leadership is what makes up the foundation of his role as Director of Manufacturing and Assembly.

Daniel Kush | Director of Quality AssuranceDaniel is a veteran of the PCB industry with over 40 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Technical Service, and Product Development. He started his career as a Quality Engineer at Continental Circuits and then transitioned to Sr. Technical Service Engineer at Allied-Signal (which was then the largest laminate maker in the world) where he helped develop one of the fi rst 32-layer PCBs. Daniel continued to advance in his career, holding senior positions in product and quality at companies such as, Pacothane Technologies, Panasonic, and Bench2Bench. Daniel knows how to build teams to achieve goals. As the Quality Assurance Manager at Pioneer, Daniel has built up the team over the past two years while successfully passing multiple ISO, DLA, and customer audits and helping drive down customer returns by 30%. For these reasons and so many more, we are pleased to announce Daniel Kush as Director of Quality Assurance.

In anticipation of our changing infrastructure and the rapid growth that our company is experiencing, we need to prepare for the future accordingly.
