Creating Widgets in PD360 allows you to customize what you see in the What to Do Next section

through the use of widgets. Widgets will only be displayed for features that the district supports. You

can personalize this section with up to three widgets. Default widgets are Observations of Me, Courses, and Focus Objectives.

Selecting Widgets – from the home page, click the widget icon located to the right of What To Do Next.

Select the desired widget by clicking on the + in top right of widget. You can have three widgets selected but must have at least one selected. Once selected, click Save or Save & Close in bottom right of window.

To add a video to your queue, click the clock icon in the bottom right of the video. Click the details icon for a description of the video

Widgets available to GISD employees are listed below. Once these widgets are added to your home

screen, you will be able to see videos or courses that are assigned to you by either the district or your

administration.

Widget Name Widget Description

Courses Widget

The Courses widget displays a list of up to five of the active, online courses you have been assigned or registered. The widget also displays your progress toward completion. To start or resume an online course, click the name of the course. To view a list of all your active courses, click See All Courses.

Focus Objectives Widget

The Focus Objectives widget displays a list of up to five videos which have been aligned to the district focus objectives. To watch a video, simply click on the title of the video. To view all Recommended and/or Required Videos, click See All Focus Objectives.

User Settings Widget

The User Settings widget displays your completed profile information and picture if added to your profile. The more information in your profile, the better PD360 can recommend content. To update your profile information, personal reports, and licenses, click the icons in the widget or click Edit Settings.

The purpose of this document is to show how to create reports in Edivation (the new PD360).

logging in to PD360 and

clicking on the “horizontal

lines” icon in the upper

right corner of the window.

settings.

beside the default date to select the starting date you want to use and the

select the end date.

Then click “Generate Report” to

create a PDF file of your

report.
