A. Highlights of Operational Accomplishment
Several operations were successfully attained thru the Regional Office full effort
with the active participation and support of the PNP and other law enforcement agencies and
friendly forces that led to the successful conduct of High-Impact Operations, such as
Interdiction operations, and the dismantling of a drug den that led to the arrest of High-
Value Targets (No.1 Top Priority Target and Target Listed Personalities) and other arrest
with significant volume of illegal drugs seized.
HIGH-IMPACT OPERATIONS Two (2) consecutive Interdiction operations were conducted with joint effort among
PDEA RO III, PDEA RO-NCR, BOC and PHILPOST on January 8, 2015 and January 28,
2015 that resulted to the confiscation of 1,010 and 508 pcs of ECSTACY, respectively.

The arrest of the above drug personalities during the implementation of Search
Warrant Nos. 13-15 (residence) and 12-15 (drug den) in Dapdap, Brgy Banga 1st, Plaridel,
Bulacan by joint elements from the PDEA RO III, PAIDSOTG & PPSC of Bulacan PPO on
January 30, 2015.
All confiscated drugs and non-drug evidence were turned over to the PDEA
Laboratory Office and the DOJ, respectively for proper disposition.

The arrest resulted to the confiscation of 98.3145 grams of Shabu during a buy bust
operation on January 14, 2015.
The confiscation of 102.6221 grams of Shabu during a buy bust operation in
Angeles City, Pampanga

The arrest resulted to the confiscation of 152.99 grams of Shabu thru buy bust operation in
North Edsa, Quezon City.
B. Highlights of Operational Accomplishment (Month of February)
PDEA region 3 vehemently exceeded expectations by surpassing its targets and successfully
accomplished its tasks within a span of two months of the first semester of the year.
NIGERIAN, PINAY LIVE-IN PARTNER NABBED
Believed to be a member of African drug syndicate and his Filipina live-in partner were
arrested by PDEA agents in City of San Fernando, Pampanga on February 06, 2015.

PDEA SEIZES 3.5-M WORTH OF SHABU
Some P3.5 million worth of shabu was seized by joint elements of PDEA Regional
Office III, PDEA NCR and PDEA-Special Enforcement Service in a buy-bust operation in
Arlegi St., San Miguel, Manila on February 10, 2015.

PDEA NABS CENTRAL LUZON’S 2nd TOP DRUGPUSHER
PDEA RO 3 agents arrested Central Luzon’s second top drug personality and his cohort
in a buy-bust operation at Barangay Pampang, Angeles City that led to the seizure of 19 pieces
heat-sealed plastic sachet containing 100 grams of shabu, assorted drug paraphernalia and
assorted ammunition.

C. Highlights of Operational Accomplishment for the Month of March 2015
4 PERSONS ARRESTED, 500 GRAMS SHABU SEIZED
Four persons were arrested by combined operatives of PDEA RO 3 AND PDEA-NCR
in two separate buy-bust in Quezon City and Manila that resulted in the confiscation of 500
grams of methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu on March 02, 2015.

confiscation of 200.40 grams of Shabu during a buy- bust operation in Quezon City on March 2, 2015.

A field employee of Philippine Charity Sweepstake Office (PCSO) was nabbed in a drug sting by joint operatives of Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Region III, CIDG and PCISOG NEPPO in Quiamson St., Brgy. Quezon District, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija on March 25, 2015.
Arrest of DANILO SIMBULAN y MONSES (HVT), a field employee of PCSO during a buy bust operation in Quezon District Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija and the confiscation of 4.722 grams of Shabu on March 25, 2015.
