Life Adventures of awesome Jonathan

In my Mummy I was sheltered from the storms of the world, in her body. I was born on a snowy day on 27th January 2006. I was not a happy baby as a car made me disabled and hurt me.

Like a smiley, sunny day in spring my family fill me with fun and love. My wonderful Mummy and kind Daddy looked after me every day when I was ill. When I eventually went home in Mummy’s car I arrived at my beautiful house in Lechlade.

Excited feelings arose when I knew I was going to be a big brother, although Susannah was noisier than me she was still the best thing ever to happen to me.

Before Susannah was born, I had a quick visit to Jesus’ awesome garden making my body better. As I could talk I asked where I was, and everyone told me I was in Jesus’ garden. Like a work of love, God made his garden. Everyone was happy as there was love and no pain. I played hide in the ginormous tree with other children and my friend I used to play with at Lechlade. Jesus’ love, filling me with trust as I know he will be with me even when I hurt and be with my friends, is in my heart.

Unexpectedly, my Mummy had Jemima, my kind happy sister. Just before Jemima was born, we moved to a new house in Stanton St Quintin.

My own ‘pod’ came to our house on the back of a lorry and was dramatically craned over the house. My pod has rooms that have each been made to suit my needs. I have a bathroom, bedroom, meds room and a carer’s room.

Starting school, with my new friends, was excellent! My Jemima missed me when I was at school. My friend Will makes me happy and I love him, it’s fantastic that he understands everything. Rochelle is my favourite friend going to Stanton school because she holds my hand and cuddles me.

On my last holiday, I went to a beach every day playing with my family joining in silly games with everyone. Like cuts out of the year, holidays give everyone pieces of pleasant pictures.

Playing with my sisters is my favourite thing. Every day I read my story and do my homework, Daddy looks in the bible with me we learn together about Jesus’ good news so his love goes with us. Will and I like to hug each other at school in class. Every day is funny because I can watch people do silly different mistakes, making me laugh.

In the future I must make my biscuits every day, it makes me happy. I can have my own kitchen and someone to help me bake. At the end of my life I will go to heaven and I will see Jesus, oh happy day.
