The SIVTEK 360º Discharge Separator is specially designed for wet or dry bulkmaterials containing a large percentage of oversize particles and providesvery high throughput compared to conventional Vibro Separator/ Sifter/Round Separator. It is mostly used for removal of fines/ oversize/ de-dusting/de-watering large amount of solids particle.
De-dusting De-watering
As material is fed on top of the center of screening Deck, fine particles pass through the screen and exit the machinethrough a fines discharge outlet. Oversize particles flow outward in a spiralpattern and drop at any point over the periphery of the screening deck ontoa spiral vibratory channel that directs the oversize material into a highcapacity discharge outlet.
