• Parking in the furthest garage area from the hospital• Be ready to go at 0700 on the 7th floor• Assignments will be posted behind nurses station• I&O is charted for every child• Vital signs ever 4• Chart in Celcius• If febrile, 37.9 or above, notify me IMMEDIATELY• Apical pulse please• BP on all children at 0800. • Post op children VS are q 4 hr for 24 hours

• Weights are to be obtained prior to breakfast KG• Head circumference CM• Height Inches

• Students are responsible for the daily baths by 10 AM• All IV are on a pump with a 2 hour limit. Do not

disconnect IV tubing from pump. Call instructor• May complete tube feedings, add to feedings as long as

instructor is observing
