LED light bulb
Objective:
Our objective was to design a LED (light emitting diode) light bulb which is cheaper than that of available at market.

Proteus Design:
Note: The led connected are just to show the load.
Here we can see the voltages across the input side and at the output side.
In this graph: green is showing input ac, red is showing output through the transformer, blue is showing constant dc voltage and yellow is ground.
Components Used:
Followings are the list of components used in circuit:
Centre-tap Transformer
12V LED Light
1n4007 Diodes
2200uF, 100nF and 470uF Capacitor
7812 Voltage Regulator
Vero Board
Price Of Circuit:
Whole price of the circuit is Rs 170.
Process:
Following are the process involved in the design:
1. Step-down voltage: To step-down 220V AC to save 12-16 V AC using centre-tap transformer.
2. Rectification : To convert AC to DC using four diode bridge rectification method.
3. Smoothing dc level: To provide near constant DC value for our load using appropriate capacitors.
